Running a company is similar to running on the way.Core value of company comparable with good pasture in running. Good posture is essential to a runner for it makes promises of injure free journey and endurance in long way competition. Posture holds all parts of body, for example, muscle and arthrosis together and makes them function well for the purpose of distance and speed. Similarly, company core value cohere people with different cognation, interesting and motivation, and drive them move through darkness night of survive and makes foundation of sustain development.

西岭雪
这两天晚上下雨，早上起来跑步，在视野开阔的地方，突然发现西面天边多了些什么东西，那还我从来没有看见过的，跑到中海体育公园，那里没有高楼大厦，远眺只看见天边出现了隐约雪山的身影，远远的看见山上出现的团团缥缈的云雾，古人确实没有欺骗我们，杜甫在成都时曾经写过很有名的诗歌“两个黄鹂鸣翠柳，一行白鹭上青天，窗含西岭千秋雪，门泊东吴万里船。”果真见到了西岭千秋雪啊。
湖边清晨慢跑
深夜突然被闪电惊醒，只见电闪雷鸣，倾盆大雨，心想明天早上应该有很好的空气，适合户外运动，关上窗户，继续睡觉。
早上一早起来，雨还没有完全停下来，热身之后，就踏上了暴雨之后凉爽之旅。经过半个小时，达到水库，只见水雾缥缈，满山绿色，空气中还夹杂着昨夜的暴雨的清新，呼吸着这样的空气，对生活在空气质量不好的我们来说，真是一种奢侈的享受，在青山绿水和清新的空气中，完成了今年的又一个半程马拉松。
古镇小游
街子古镇位于青城山脚下，是古代茶马古道的必经之路。
因为临近青城山，街子古镇显得格外的幽静与安适。古镇的街上，老人安详的坐着抽烟。夏日，在临近日落的傍晚，听见蛙鸣和低飞的燕子归巢声，觉得格外的亲切，仿佛回到儿时光景，在没有喧嚣与污染的农村，尽情的欢唱，直到被叫回家里。
因为有水，街子古镇显得格外的有灵气，各种有龙的雕塑活灵活现，就连古镇人家的门板上的门神图画都是那么的令人回味。
回到母校
最近一段时间相对比较空闲，在一个晴朗的下午，回到母校。
伫立在母校图书馆前，落日映照在湖面，总能激起某种对于生命最为本真的思考，总能看到青春岁月的影子，总能在落日中陷入最为深沉的冥想之中。
广安小平故居晨跑记
广安一个很小的城市，因为一位伟人而名扬四海。广安城市很小，但很整洁干净，渠江与嘉陵江穿过小城，宛如两条彩带漂浮在丘陵之间。从入住的宾馆到小平故居大概路程距离为16K，选了一个大晴天，准备在早上晨跑到伟人故居。
My First Marathon
Last year, from July to November, I persisted in training myself and with help to challenge Marathon someday. Each month I finished workouts about two hundred kilometers. After several month’ preparation, on November 15, when sun just rise above horizon, I began my first Marathon journey.

About Yoga in my life
When I was fifteen years school boy, by pure chance, began to get acquaintance with Yoga and from that time started to practice both Hatha Yoga and Raja Yoga. More than thirty years from then, when retrospect, Yoga deeply influence my heart and life, guides me through all kind of difficulty and hardship.
