有感于深马有人倒下
马拉松确实不能随便跑，跑马拉松须对大地心存敬畏之心，必须对自己的体能、意志体与信念有充分的把握，要不受赛场气氛影响，按照自己的策略来跑，要知道，真正的马拉松在跑完35公里才开始，哪怕是一小段上坡，或者一阵清风，都能让marathoner 撞墙，所以不熟悉的赛道不能去跑。对我而言，跑马纯属娱乐与赛事无关，之所以跑马，是因为跑马能够在短短的四个小时体验到人生的各个阶段，这种体验拉伸了自己的人生体验，加深了对生命和生活的热爱。马拉松运动的魅力如此之大，以至于有人甚至冒着生命的危险，今天深马又有一名倒在距离终点400米处，愿逝者安息，他们的精神、信念和意志永存。

西岭雪
这两天晚上下雨，早上起来跑步，在视野开阔的地方，突然发现西面天边多了些什么东西，那还我从来没有看见过的，跑到中海体育公园，那里没有高楼大厦，远眺只看见天边出现了隐约雪山的身影，远远的看见山上出现的团团缥缈的云雾，古人确实没有欺骗我们，杜甫在成都时曾经写过很有名的诗歌“两个黄鹂鸣翠柳，一行白鹭上青天，窗含西岭千秋雪，门泊东吴万里船。”果真见到了西岭千秋雪啊。
湖边清晨慢跑
深夜突然被闪电惊醒，只见电闪雷鸣，倾盆大雨，心想明天早上应该有很好的空气，适合户外运动，关上窗户，继续睡觉。
早上一早起来，雨还没有完全停下来，热身之后，就踏上了暴雨之后凉爽之旅。经过半个小时，达到水库，只见水雾缥缈，满山绿色，空气中还夹杂着昨夜的暴雨的清新，呼吸着这样的空气，对生活在空气质量不好的我们来说，真是一种奢侈的享受，在青山绿水和清新的空气中，完成了今年的又一个半程马拉松。
